LightspeedPay provides payment processing solutions, including but not limited to:

• Fraud prevention and security
• Analytics and reporting
• Reconciliation and settlement services

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Cooperate with investigations and audits

4. Payment Terms

Fees and Charges: You agree to pay all applicable fees, including transaction fees, setup fees, and monthly charges as outlined in your service agreement.

Billing: Invoices are generated monthly and are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and applicable card network rules.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

6. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that there are inherent risks in transmitting data over the internet.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, software, and documentation remain with LightspeedPay. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

LightspeedPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LightspeedPay harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms or illegal activities.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
